Hot & Cold Eye MaskUpdated 17 days ago
Because this mask uses natural clay beads, it requires a little extra mindfulness to keep it safe and effective.
Care & Cleaning
To protect the integrity of the clay beads and the soft fabric, please treat your mask with a gentle touch:
Spot-Clean Only: This mask is not a fan of the laundry room! Do not machine wash or dry. Instead, wash it by hand using the spot-cleaning method.
Why? If the clay beads are submerged in water or put in a machine, they can dry out, clump, or become damaged, losing their ability to hold temperature.
Storage: Keep your mask in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme heat. This prevents the materials from degrading and ensures the mask stays effective for longer.
Usage & Safety
Heat with Care: Always follow the heating instructions exactly. Overheating can cause skin burns or lead to the mask leaking. If it feels too hot, let it cool down before applying it to your face.
Skin Protection: Avoid using the mask over highly sensitive skin, open wounds, or areas with severe swelling.
Safety First: In the unlikely event that the internal content is swallowed, please seek medical attention immediately.
Maintenance
Handle with Gentleness: Keep your mask away from sharp objects. Puncturing or tearing the fabric will render the mask unusable and cause the beads to spill.
The Pre-Use Check: Before every use, give your mask a quick look for any signs of wear or damage. If you spot a tear or a leak, it’s time to say goodbye and discard the product.
