Temperature & Heat Management
Embrace is designed to deliver restorative, soothing warmth while remaining gentle on your body. By providing consistent, controlled heat, it helps you find relief without the risk of overheating.
| Setting | Temperature | Visual Indicator | Best For |
| Low | 35 °C (95 °F) | 1 white light (⅓ brightness) | Subtle, long-term wear throughout the day. |
| Medium | 40 °C (104 °F) | 2 white lights (⅔ brightness) | Steady, comforting warmth for targeted areas. |
| High | 45 °C (113 °F) | 3 white lights (full brightness) | Deep, intensive relief. |
How to Adjust Your Comfort
By default, Embrace always starts on the lowest heat setting to allow your body to adjust. To change levels, simply press the temperature button to cycle through the three stages until you reach your preferred intensity.
Tips for a Safe & Cozy Experience
The High Standard: While personal preferences for warmth vary, 45°C (113°F) is our maximum temperature. This is the standard recommended limit to ensure you receive effective relief while maintaining optimal safety.
The Layering Trick: For an extra touch of comfort and to ensure the most gentle experience, we recommend wearing Embrace over a thin layer of clothing (such as a light t-shirt). This provides a soft buffer between the heat and your skin.
Important Safety & Environment Warning
To ensure the safety of the device and the longevity of the battery, please observe the following environmental guidelines:
No High-Temperature Charging: Do not charge your Embrace in environments with high ambient temperatures (such as inside a hot car, near a radiator, or in direct sunlight). Charging under extreme heat can cause the battery to overheat or degrade.
Operating Environment: Avoid using the device in high-heat conditions. Embrace is designed to provide its own controlled warmth; using it in an already extreme environment may distort the materials or damage the internal circuitry.
