Because we want to get your order to you as quickly as possible, our system is fully automated. This means there is a very narrow window to catch an order before it’s processed and shipped.

During the week, orders are usually out the door within 4 hours. If you placed your order on a Friday, over the weekend, or during a holiday, it will head out on the very next business day.

If you need to request a cancellation, please reach out immediately. While we’ll certainly check to see if it’s possible, please keep in mind that once an order enters our system, it is usually moving too fast for us to stop it.
