At Ostrichpillow, we move fast so you can rest sooner! Our fulfillment process is fully automated, and our warehouse team begins preparing your order almost immediately after it is placed.
Modifying Your Order
Once an order is confirmed, we cannot make any changes to the items in your cart. This includes:
Changing the color or size of a product.
Adding new items to the order.
Removing specific items from the order.
Cancellations
Because our system is designed for speed, we have a very limited window to attempt a cancellation. In most cases, once the order is in our system, it cannot be stopped.

If you realized you made a mistake or changed your mind, please get in touch with our Customer Care team immediately.
While we cannot guarantee that we will be able to stop or edit the shipment, we will do our absolute best to look into the status of your order and see what options are available to help.
