We want you to be completely satisfied with your rest. If a product isn't the right fit, most items purchased directly from our website can be returned within 100 calendar days of the delivery date.
The Essentials for a Smooth Return
Pristine Condition: To be eligible, items must be in perfect, original condition—free of stains, marks, or any signs of use. If you’ve received a product with a quality issue, please contact Customer Care.
Final Sale Items: Due to hygiene and the nature of the products, sales of Bamboo Compression Socks, Bed Pillow Covers, and Loop Pillows are final and cannot be returned.
Direct Purchases: We only process returns for items bought via our official website. If you purchased through a retailer, please reach out to them directly for assistance.
How the Process Works
Initiate Your Request: Log in to your account using your registered email, select your items, and submit. Our team reviews all requests within 48 business hours.
North America | Rest of the WorldReceive Your Label: Once approved, you’ll receive an email with your return instructions.
USA: You will receive a prepaid return label directly.
UK: You will receive an Evri prepaid label.
If you have a preference (QR code, parcel locker, drop-off, or pickup), just let us know!Canada: You will receive an RMA. Customers in Canada provide their own tracking number for the return, as return shipping fees are not refunded.
The 15-Day Window: Your return label is valid for 15 days. If it expires, a new label will cost an additional $4.99, so we recommend dropping off your package as soon as possible to avoid extra fees.
Inspection & Refund: Once your package reaches our warehouse, it is inspected to ensure everything matches your original order. After approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Fees & Timing
Costs: A flat return fee of $4.99 applies, and original shipping fees paid at purchase are non-refundable.
Processing Time: It takes our shipping partners a few weeks to review returns. Please allow up to 30 calendar days from the date we receive your package for the refund to be credited. We’ll send you a confirmation email the moment it's finalized!
