To ensure your Ostrichpillow products arrive safely and without delay, please take a moment to review our shipping address requirements. Because of our carrier agreements and the specialized nature of our global fulfillment, we have specific limitations on where we can deliver.

No Shipping to PO Boxes or Military Addresses

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), or DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) addresses.

Our shipping partners require a physical street address to guarantee delivery and provide the high level of tracking and security our customers expect. If a PO Box or military address is entered at checkout, your order will be placed on hold, and we will contact you.

Freight Forwarding Services

Ostrichpillow does not ship to freight forwarding companies. We cannot guarantee the condition or safety of your product once it reaches a third-party forwarding facility. To ensure your warranty and return window remain valid, please provide a direct residential or business address.

Address Accuracy & Responsibility

• Double-Check at Checkout: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

• Incorrect Info: Ostrichpillow is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided during the purchase process.

• Reshipping Fees: If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an address error, a "Return to Sender" issue, or because it was sent to a restricted address type, a reshipping fee will be applied to send the item out a second time.
