We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. We warrant our products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for two years worldwide from the original delivery date.

What is Covered?

  • Manufacturing Defects: Issues with materials or workmanship present from the start.

  • Shipping Fees: If your claim is approved, we will cover all shipping costs for your replacement.

What is NOT Covered?

  • Regular Wear & Tear: Stains, burns, or damage from rough usage.

  • Improper Care: Damage caused by failing to follow our Care Recommendations.

  • Misuse: Any damage resulting from using the product outside of its intended purpose.

  • Lost: Products getting lost aren't covered under warranty

  • Pet Damage: Any damage caused by a pet.


How to Submit Your Claim

To ensure a smooth review, please gather the following mandatory information before starting your request. Claims submitted without this information cannot be approved.

  1. Order Number: Essential to verify your 2-year window and original purchase.

  2. Batch Code: An 8-digit code (e.g., OPXXXXXX) found on the product label or packaging.

  3. Photos of the Defect: Clear images showing the specific issue you are experiencing.


The Review Process

  • Timeline: Once you submit the form, our team will thoroughly inspect your claim. You can expect a response within 24 to 72 business hours.

  • Rejections: Requests containing missing or inaccurate information will be rejected.

  • Replacements: We always aim to send the exact color of your original purchase. However, if that color is no longer in stock, we will send the most suitable alternative available. Please note that we do not offer second replacements due to color availability.

  • Shipping Policy: Replacements will be shipped to the original country of purchase only.
