What's a batch number and where is it?Updated 17 days ago

The Batch Number is a simple code that acts like a fingerprint for your product, allowing us to track exactly when and where it was crafted.

What is a Batch Number?

The Batch Number is an 8-digit code (usually starting with OP, such as OPGV0215) that we use to manage quality control and identify specific production runs.Image Caption

Where can I find it?

You can typically find this code in two places:

  • The Packaging: Check the bottom of the original box.

  • The Product Label: Look for the small fabric tag sewn into the product itself.

If you can't find the code on your packaging or label, just let our team know. We will work with you to verify your product through the order number or Amazon invoice.
